It goes very well with ghuguni ( yellow peas curry ) or else can be enjoyed with potato curry or as it is in breakfast , snacks. Ingredients:
1. Whole wheat atta - 2 cups
2. Semolina ( sooji ) - 3/4 cup or 5 tbsp
3. Powdered Sugar ( or whole sugar ) - 3/4 cup or 5 tbsp ( or add as per taste )
4. Refined oil - 3 tbsp ** Do not add more than it **
5. Cooking soda - 1/4 tbsp ** Do not add more than it **
6. Fennel seeds ( Saunf ) - 1 tbsp
7. Salt to taste
8. Water - 1/2 cup ( or add as required )
9. Oil to fry
