Serves - 3 Persons
Ingredients :
1. Tapioca Pearls ( Sabudana / Sago / Sagu ) - 2 palmfull ( or 1 cup )
2. Water - 1/2 cup for soaking
3. Boiled Potato - 2 ( medium )
4. Peanut - 1/4 cup
5. Grated Ginger - 2 inch
6. Chopped Green Chilli - 2 ( or as required )
7. Fresh Coriander leaves
8. Lemon juice - 1/4 tbsp
9. Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
10. Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
11. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
12. Salt to taste
13. Clarified butter ( Ghee ) - 2 tbsp
