Just think, what is the duty hours of a police' officer in a police station ....... How many days a policeman is able to take leave..,just ask a police officer you can realise the pressure in which he and his family pass through....😢
State Police reform is urgently required. All Police officers ASI, SI of Thana should have 08 hours duty and 24 hours alert like other dept. But in Thana all the officers are working more than 12 hours. I m dumbfounded that the officers do not have weekly rest day like other dept and private employees. Civil rights like CL, EL is not easily available through today's offline process. Online leave application in HRMS is stopped for police though it is well functioning in other dept. like railway, When the fundamental rights are encroached by the Dept. administered by CM himself, no body is dare to ask such fundamental rights for police officers. This unhealthy atmosphere in Thana make the police officers rude and psycho. This is the root cause of police can not deliver proper justice.
This is an Individual case. Then why the entire army association is coming forward to protect the victim lady without knowing the full facts. Can you answer why that victim lady was wandering with a man at late midnight in such remote locality without looking towards her own security. Do you feel that defense employees have super power. If they have association, police officers have their own association who may comet forward to defend their colleagues. Please stop the group battle and leave the matter to court to take decision after hearing both the parties.

Police treat every one as Criminal. The entire Police Department is corrupt. So, the IIC who is giving monthly contribution to his superiors, is being protected by them. The Bureaucrats who are in the exicutive side of the Government should take necessary action against such nexus. Hope our beloved Chief Minister will take reformative measures in this issue.🙏🙏
