We tried it today, and it turned out to be super delicious. We enjoyed it with biri chakuli. Earlier, we used to add boiled potatoes first and fry them with the kasha masala separately before adding the chana, but the potatoes didn’t seem to absorb the flavors. However, with this new recipe, that issue is resolved, and now we can consistently make it delicious without much hassle. A nice and useful recipe 👍
