Diced Tomato - 1 medium
Homemade Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Cream/Malai - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Dry Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi) - 1 tsp
Paneer Rezala
Oil - 5-6 tbsp
Paneer - 300gm
Remove extra oil leaving 2 tbsp in pan
Melted Clarified Butter (Ghee) - 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Corns - 5-6
Bay Leaf - 1
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Green Cardamom - 2
Paste(Poppy Seeds - 2 tbsp + Cashew Nuts - 2 tbsp +Green Chilli - 2-3)
Water - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Rose Water - 1 tsp + Keora Water - 1/2 tsp + Mughlai Meetha Attar - few drops
Homemade Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Veg Pulao
Oil - 4 tbsp
Cashew Nut - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Melted Clarified Butter (Ghee) - 2 tbsp
Black Cardamom - 1
Black Pepper Corns - 5-6
Bay Leaf - 1
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Green Cardamom - 2
Potato(Diced) - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Carrot(Diced) - 1/2 cup
Beans(Diced) - 1/2 cup
Long Grain Basmati Rice - 300gm(1 glass)
Water - 1 glass
Salt -as per taste
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Dal Fry
Oil - 3 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli - 2 slitted
Dry Red Chilli - 3
Cumin Seed - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seed - 1/2 tsp
Grated Ginger - 1/2 inch
Few Curry Leaves
Asafoetida(Heeng) - 1/2 tsp
Medium Tomato (Diced) - 1
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Arhar Dal(Toor Dal or Pigeon Pea) - 4 handful or 150 gm.
Wash and add around 1.5 glass of water, turmeric powder -1/2 tsp salt - 1 tsp. Pressure cook for 1 whistle on high flame and 2 whistle on low flame

Urad Dal Kachori
Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Refined Flour - 1 cup
Semolina/Suji - 1/4 cup or 4 tbsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida(Heeng)- 2 pinch
Warm water to make the dough
Oil - 3 tbsp
Paste of Urad Dal(Biri Dali or Black Gram Skinless) Soaked for 6 hours
Dry Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tsp
Salt-as per taste
Asafoetida(Heeng) -1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil to fry
