Exact tips indeed. We used to do தெம்பிட்டு, supposed to be for sumangali nonbu. And, that should be done at the best easy to be most tasty with long shelf life. We simply soak dry the rice, இடிச்சிfy with வெல்லம், add பொட்டு கடலை, வேர்கடலை as such and make in to shapes. No வெல்லப்பாகு, No ghee nothing. தெம்பிட்டு will have shelf life of days with same delicious taste for days together in air tight container.
