Here are the ingredients you'll need for Adai Dosai
1 cup of idli rice
1/4 cup of chana dal (split Bengal gram)
1/4 cup of toor dal (pigeon peas)
2 tbsp of urad dal
3-4 dried red chilies

A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
