Goat lungs fry/ Nurai eral fry is a very easy and simple recipe which can be made within few minutes. Also this recipe is very healthy. Goat lungs reduces the body heat and keeps cool.
Ingredients:
1. Goat lungs- 1
2. Cinnamon- 1 piece
3. Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
4. Shallots- 10
5. Curry leaves- few
6. Tomato- 1
7. Salt- as required
8. Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
9. Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
10. Kulambu milagai thool- 2 tbsp
11. Pepper powder- 1 tsp
12. Garam masala- 1 tsp
