The main reason for the above failure after a few years of construction is the quality of water used for construction having more chloride content than the permissible limit. That is why we are very strict in checking water fitness for construction purpose in all the sites Next is the week and poor bonding quality of cement mortor used for plastering Next may be lack of cover to steel reinforcement especially at slab bottom which is clearly visible at the worn out ceiling parts Next mat be quality of RMC and its quality and mix design Hope the structural design of this 17 storied building is safely done for avoiding future structural collapse

Many of us not paying attention to quality of water used for construction. As said by one of resident it was built with high chloride water. That is the main reason for this . Strengthening will not give permanent solution. Demolish it and rebuilt with stringent quality control measures at the builders cost.

எந்த ஒரு வாகனத்தையும் வாங்கிய கம்பெனியிலேயே பராமரித்தல் நல்லது. வேறு ஒருவரிடம் பராமரித்து விட்டு பிரச்சினை வந்தால் இவர் அவரையும் அவர் இவரையும் காரணம் என்பார்கள். இந்த செய்தியை பார்த்த உடனே குற்றவாளி யார் என்பதை தொழில் வல்லுனர்கள் கூறிவிடுவார்கள். உண்மையில் குற்றவாளிக்கு மரண தண்டனை கொடுக்கும் நீதிபதியோ மரணத்தை விடவும் கொடுமையான தண்டனை கொடுக்கும் உன்மையான தெய்வம் இருக்கும் நாட்டிலோ மட்டுமே முன்னேற்றம் சாத்தியம். ஓட்டல் உணவை அந்த ஊழியர்கள் உரிமையாளர் சாப்பிட மறுத்தாலோ தயங்கினாலோ அது தரம் இல்லாதது என்று பொருள். ஒரு விமானத்தில் பயணம் செய்ய உரிமையாளர் ஊழியர்கள் தயங்கினாலோ மறுத்தாலோ அது தரம் இல்லாதது என்று பொருள். இந்த பில்டிங் கட்டிய ஊழியர்கள் கம்பெனி உரிமையாளர் இங்கே தங்க வேண்டும் என்று சொன்னால் என்ன சொல்வார்கள்?

Jain's should give alternate residence to all the residents , Govt should immediately evacuate the building ....it should be sealed and proper testing if building is in danger condition it should be demolished.

Leakage problem persists in our project (jains only)right from the beginning and even after 15 years. We have been continuously doing repairs in each and every flat.
