Tet qualification எல்லாம் வேண்டாம். எல்லாருக்குமே சீனியாரிட்டி பேஸ் பண்ணி எக்ஸாம் நடத்துங்க. ஆர்வமும் திறமையும் இருக்கின்ற ஆசிரியர்கள் தலைமை ஆசிரியராக பணி புரியலாம். பெரும்பாலான ஆசிரியர்கள் சொந்த மாவட்டத்திலே தலைமை ஆசிரியர் பதவி கிடைக்காததால் பெரும்பாலன இடங்கள் காலியாக உள்ளன. ஒவ்வொரு ஆசிரியர் துறையிலும் 10 வருடம் பணி அனுபவம் உள்ள மற்றும் துறைத்தேர்வு முடித்த ஆசிரியர்களே தலைமை ஆசிரியர்தேர்வின் மூலம் தேர்ந்தெடுப்பதால் அனைத்து வேலைகளையும் தெரிந்த ஒருவர் தலைமை ஆசிரியராக பணிபுரிவார். சீனியர் டீ முறையில் பெரும்பாலும் வயதானவர்களே தலைமை ஆசிரியராக இருக்கக்கூடும். இதனால் மாவட்டத்திற்குள் ஒரு மீட்டிங் என்றால் வருவது சிரமம். தலைமையாசிரியர் பணியை அலுவலகப் பணியை சிரமத்துடன் செய்ய நேரிடும். தலைமையாசிரியர் தேர்வு மூலம் வேலை செய்ய ஆர்வம் இருக்கின்ற நபர்களை பணியமர்த்தலாம்.....

Emis வேலை இரண்டு பட்டபடிப்பு முடித்த ஆசிரியர்களால் முடியவில்லை emis விலக்கு என்ற போது 10 ஆம் வகுப்பு கல்வி தகுதி கொண்டவர்களால் எப்படி emis வேலை செய்ய முடியும்.

A B.ed Teacher is specially trained for teaching. EMIS Work avangalukku theriyama onnu illa appidiye இருந்தாலும் kathukirathum doesn't a matter... EMIS Work can do any one just it is a maintenance of records platform , just like a DTP Work.. nothing else...but it's swallowing the Teachers -students time...and leads to a lack of teaching process. teacher velaikku appoint pannittu antha velaikku priority kodukkatti namma passangalaloda moola valarchikku uthavatha muttala iruppom. And also it is a issue of the society not only for the teachers.

You are just teaching. Tution and parents give coaching. We have to teach and coach with parental care. We work for the students of poor economic and mostly neglected parental care. If we are imposed by so many works we are not able to uplift the students with full dedication.
