Finish off your dinner before 8 pm/sunset.. Keep your dinner very light..not heavy.. switch off the cell phones by 9 pm...not easy..but becomes easy with practice... At any cost, don't use cell phone, strictly no. even if you don't get sleep.. Just sit down Chant OM, or focus on your breathing...or humm sound..or take deep breaths... [Your brain will play tricks to watch cell phone or watch a movie or youtube videos, or do business work etc. Bring back your attention to breathing and give instructions to your mind, go away, come later in the morning, I want to sleep] or lie down watching your breath or thoughts or calming each parts of your body... Dim your lights...make it dark.. Keep the doors open..good ventilation..even if using AC It's neither easy nor difficult..you've to train your subconscious mind..keep doing till it becomes it becomes your lifestyle...
