bread(any colour) is good if you want to get diabetes sooner, suppose if you have diabetes already, breads will help you keep your blood sugar level high always.

absolutely a perfect habit, suppose on a day when you have last meal after 8pm , it's recommended to skip breakfast the next day

1. prevent or treat ? whatever, intermittent fasting is the best solution, our ancestors had no habit of breakfast but they never faced lifestyle diseases like GERD, diabetes... that's the proof, doctors won't agree to it though. 2. grains are suitable only for physically hardworking people who toil under hot sun throughout the day. if you still want to consume grains, rice and millets are much better options than gluten rich wheat
