Dear Naveen... kindly do a detail test analysis of a 1kw off grid system,i had made a test system with all volt,current and power meter at the input side and output side of solar pcu (for my analysis)..1kw system after cable loss(15 to 25%)reaching the PCU(power condition unit)..then battery voltage conversion (I think another 12% loss)and then discharge from battery another (5% loss)..so if we say 4 to 5 units actual theoretical production,the real production comes somewhere between 2 to 3 units max... kindly do a PCU effeciency test...i doubt it's effeciency also...will discuss more...have an excellent day..👍

Interesting point you have brought here. Not all the pcus are made equally. I have seen very good quality pcus which just cost so much that it eats up all our profits by itself. We have to find a balance when we build this system.👍

Very useful video thanks bro first of all. I have bldc atomberg fan is that possible to run with solar panel with out inverter ? Basically bldc fan run in dc but they designed with ac converter i donno how to bypass . If possible can you make a video. Idea is to cut cost inverter

There is a trick which might actually void your warranty. If you still wish to try, the circuit board output might be 24 or 48v and if you are able to introduce a regulated dc power supply at the output, it should still work in eb through the existing setup and directly in dc by the bypass system. 👍

If it's inverter, it can be run using solar at lesser cost. Regular AC can also run but the cost ll be higher..

Hi bro, i do have an doubt. Kindly help me out if you can. Recent few months my home electricity consumption was above 500 units but i m not sure that much of power consumption is possible with the devices we use and the time that we run, i checked if there is an current leaking but there is no leaking at all. Some people say that it might be the reader's fault so i m confused, what shall i do now ? Is there anything that i can do to make sure before raising an issue in the TNEB dept .. kindly help me out naveen , hoping for the reply. Thank you

Note down the eb readings for one week in a paper or in google sheets or any other app. Do it at 7am and 6pm for one week to get an outline. Easy this way..

@@NaveenResearchTamil i took readings every morning 9 am. In meter it shows daily around 8.5 units being consumed but according to our actual usage it should be around 5.5 units. I ve raised complaint in TNEB they came say the meter goes zero when everything turned off so nothing wrong eith the meter, but i said there is no leakage thats fine but what about meter running fastly against the load , they said will cut off earth wire since it was an old meter and let us know the fluctuations in the meter reading. But nothing changed , even now 8.5 units approx . Now what shall i do

@@NaveenResearchTamil can you give an example. You mean what ever we produce, we consume rathervthan exporting to grid rite. And if battery storage drains down, we take electricity from grid rite? So this is hybrid. But we install as per capacity of battery. How much kva can be stored in battery.

Comments are filtered by youtube automatically. Few were screened automatically. Pi 4b consumes 15w, my x86 architecture server with much more power consumes 7w at idling condition. light and fans runs variably and I have excess solar power to run them at full speed all day long, still I like to save the battery from having much stress.
