boss..officers responsibilty is diffrent...jawan responsibilty is diffrent...jawans do more of the physical work but officer has more of strategy/tactics works...he is more responsible for planning..he must be trained to take decisions wich will get people killed..he need that mind set and courage to take decision which sometimes is more difficult
