Yes there is lot of scam in RE showroom . mostly avoid to buy accessories in showroom they are too costly.i have installed many accessories in aftermarket for lower prize.and take care of your bike try to maintain your bike yourself to avoid scams.

A few months ago I bought my second RE. The dealers gave me the "Royal Enfield Quick Start Guide" along with the Insurance and RE helmet. I didn't have any difficulty with the dealership as well as the Service centre. Your video is informative and would be useful to the first time buyers - may be a cautioning video. Bro, We bought RE 500 in Aug 2012. On Feb 2014,Kms running 10000+. Faced engine problem after taken out from Oil service. Left bike for service again. Service person said Crownshaft engine problem. We asked RE dealer to ask company to rectify that engine issue. We contacted RE company through email also, But problem not solved. I left my bike in RE service center itself and haven’t taken back till date. (I bought bike in full cash)
Recently i purchased meteor , the helmet gave was a very bad quality without visor but i dont believe they give without saree because it is one of the regulatory for indian roads. RTO will not pass. I made the insurance outside only for my car, bike and van. So i suggest not only RE but whatever vehicle you purchase make the insurance purchased from your known agent Additional warranty also not needed in 90% case RSA not needed unless you're a long and frequent rider

Yes. I agree with you bro. Rooster showroom at Cuddalore they tried to scam for warranty replacement labour charge. In my case bike headlight casing paint peel off issue. I approached for warranty replacement. RE agreed for replacement. But showroom guys tried to put labour charge. I directly call RE support and confirm that any warranty replacement showroom won't make labour charge. I informed the same to showroom guys than after they won't speak but any charge and they finished the work and gave back to me. Don't belive showroom words call RE support and confirm.

Friends... Take bold decision.. Purchase new RE bike... After delivery forgot showroom.. Find best mechanic locally and leave the bike from first services itself.. Am from Coimbatore... There is a mechanic who is doing 25 years only for RE bikes.. But we will miss warranty but we have to believe RE quality only 👍
i'm having RE for 7 years now , while giving in showroom initially i had sudden issues in spark plug n changed 2 time with in 5000km after that with my friends advice i started for OUTSIDE mechanic ,76000km rode my bike not even Single issue now changed the parts i have changed are --- Tire 2 times , Key set one time , alignment 3 times , Battery 2 times..... regular service in 3000km still now ! running like a gun

Bro for me also,manual book was not given,I purchased my classic 350 reborn two months back but recently I claimed warranty for break lever set change it costs arround 2.5k approx and they changed it on warranty,but for me it taken two to three times I went to service station finally they change the break lever assembly.
