Keeping variety rice grains separate pieces give longer shelf life till evening we can keep it. We can buy a cup of milk or butter milk and pour it on curd rice 🍚 to make it an emulsion while eating. Tried tiffin here, price point is not comfortable for such small hotel and taste is average.Not impressive, had Pongal it's like boiled white rice. Person serving is cleaning the table....and no separate cleaner, hygiene?
