Sir, I was reading your comment and feedback to Mr Madhavan, and wanted to share a suggestion. When I saw depression, felt disturbed, as I have gone through a level more into Anxiety. I overcame just by conditioning the mind, changes in the habits, meditation simply keeping blank for a few minutes at least few times in a day, I avoided medical care through a psychologist. Understand you like to view new places, and nature as expressed to Mr Madhavan. Please spend time in a park/water resource etc, some day dreaming.

I also felt sad reading that you had gone through depression and anxiety which I also had last year after hearing that my younger brother had lost sight in his both eyes.😭😭.he is a very handsome mechanical engineer had always worked in the North and some say he was exposed to certain chemicals and toxins during work and that had affected his eye optic nerves. Others say that he had found out some corruption at the higher levels that he exposed and as a revenge they had given him some toxic injections 😡.I was ill for 3 months .Ofcourse I had medical help with anti depressions.Later since I am very religious went to the temples prayed and used to just sit there watching people, go-to the water front and Harbour and used to watch the ships go .If you are not near the beach you can just go-to any garden/ park or any places sit and watch all kinds of people , birds and children playing.i also see all Madhavan's way 2 go videos .You can also see another solo confident boy Bhuvani' s Tamil trekker hiking videos where he gets lifts and travels all over the world , London Thamizachi's cooking videos.Her husband Charles and her videos are real stress busters and they will bring in positive energy by their talks and funny jokes in you always.Also watch Madras samayal Steffi's videos with her cute daughter Alanda from US..You can also see Netherland tamizhan videos You can divert your mind.You can also watch the Sri Lankan funny husband and wife team Rj Chandru and Menaka videos .I don't need any tablets or medical advise any more.Ofcourse I also do yoga , pray and go for walks when I felt like.Every thing is in our hands to control our mind and body .
