சிவயநம என்னும் மந்திரத்தை முத்திரையாகதான் பிடிக்க வேண்டும். நமசிவய என்னும் மந்திரத்தை ஓத வேண்டும் என்பதே சித்தர்களின் வாக்கு.
Why we should not chant sivayanama? Since it should be done through Mudras and the Namasivaya Mandra can be chanted, so that we can experience the inner piece. Also we can balance our Chakras through this chanting and Mudras.
