I am a regular follower of Mr srinivasan sir. I am highly benefited by his recommendations. Only thing I differ with him is he always speaks like politician. When IT was down he was recommending not to go near IT stocks. When IT increases he says he has recommended the same.

I just don't understand the justification behind the concept of companies not giving dividends or very low amount as dividend. If the company is not willing to share some profit with shareholders means what's the point in being a part of the company. Bad news may come for company at any time. Suppose I am holding a company for 5 years and its stock price appreciated well. And company is not paying out dividend. Suddenly due to some bad news of the company share price falls drastically all of a sudden. What's the point in holding that share. There is no rationale behind an retail investor looking for company growth rather than receiving some part of profits as dividend.
Hello Sir, TMB bank is almost trading near it's book value. The latest quarterly profit seems ok, PE, NPA all seems good. The only bad news I see is this MD & CEO appointment issue and 8% share is under court case. Vera yetha issue irukka ? are we still good to consider it ?

There is an expense ratio of 0.79% too that is deducted in Nav. That expense ratio is much higher than the NiftyBees which is just 0.04%. Though not sure why there is a such a high expense ratio.
