⁠if promoted like china, then I agree. But our budget is accelerated with adequate break in place. The inflation is only 5.6% that goes in parallel with indexation. Now the reduction is 7.5% which is higher benefit to real estate by 1.9% (7.5 - 5.6). This will motivate common people to boot real estate, but next yr sure she will match the fall. N

Inflation at 5.6% which is lowest in the world. Unemployment is only 4.6%, while the same in 2014 was 17.6%. In 2014 rich was .98%. Today at .89%. The poor people wage was Rs. 400 average in 2014, now at Rs. 750. This is at village level. Urban fm 500 to 1250 today. R u fm govt school of Tamil Nadu where u passed till 8th without even know reading Tamil.
