Hi, Sorry we can't able to directly connect 16 dc motors to Arduino UNO. So we use use Arduino mega with motor shields

Can connect using by external 5vdc relay then you have to give external 16vdc to common then takeout to Dc motor from nc or no terminals

you connect LED in any I/O pins. No of LED's that depends, if we want to connect more LEDs, we can use external power source and control signal from Arduino
