Under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime in India, businesses whose annual revenue exceeds specific thresholds are required to register and pay GST. Currently, the GST Exemption Limit is set at Rs. 40 lakhs for goods and Rs. 20 lakhs for services. I doubt still we need to pay Gst for your product purchase. Pl clarify your turnaround is more than are equal to 20L
Bro threshold limit changes for every business to business even though it is not mandatory to comply with GST law still you can voluntarily register for that and then it is useful for a business to claim ITC and while jibin bro exports those products he is not liable to pay gst on export where it is zero rated hence the fact is he can get refund of those export value and also claim ITC for business products so he can continue to have such registration.
