Ghee Rice :
Ingredients:
Basmati rice - 2 1/2 cups
Peanut oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Bay leaf - 1
Cardamom - 2
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon stick - one small piece
Black cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green chili - 4 no’s
Big onion - 2 no’s
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Water - 3 3/4 cups
Chicken Curry:
Ingredients:
For chicken marination:
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmir red chili powder - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
For Chicken Curry:
Sesame oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cardamom - 1
Cloves - 1
Cinnamon stick - one small piece
Bay leaf - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green chili - 2 no’s
Big onion - 1/2 finely chopped
Small onion - 1/2 cup ( 25 no’s )
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato - 1 finely chopped
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Kashmir red chili powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Tilapia Fish Fry :
Ingredients:
Fish - 4 no’s
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Water - 2 tbsp
Oil for fry
