Ancient days, women used to wear a saree without blouse. In this generation, when a women wear a saree with fully covered, rape happens. Its based on mentality of men. When people are bothering their own business without looking at other's body, most of problems go away.

I think every industry both govt and private needs to have proper HR department at some capacity and also proper awareness to should be given right from home and from school to both gender.

Truth is, no Male had the Courage to see any Girls or Women face. I am a Male. When a Male is alone, he never cared any woman. But when Males were in a Group,everyone gets Courage. This is the real issue. Also there is a minimal Hatred against Girls ,which is also a major reason.
Dr.Shalini is always a fabulous social activist!! All that she is saying is Nobody can determine others dresses only the law can..if it's is against law; law will see to it.. don't impose your home mindset on anybody..
I have seen women like Dr Shalini says here. They can control men with their body language speaking and eye contact. For that woman needs to have self confidence, braveness and tack fullness.
Very good discussion, That wisdom to women is lost in 80s and 90s generation. It is not in the dress, it is how one carries it. 40 years ago village girls did not wear inner wears. But they were not disrespected.
@@GokulHardy7 there is further vulger cloth than a saree worn from shoulder to just below knee and no inner wears with more than normal growth in most cases. But the way you carry , comfort and confident matters.

And since your a doctor, u must know in various countries abuse of power is a crime , example. Doctors should not enter into relationship with patient even with consent , because of abuse of power. So it’s like if someone agrees to be a slave then it is ok and not wrong , and yeah sexual invitation is not a categorised or not defined, anything can be classified as it. Even the mere appearance or existence of women is sexual invitation for some. So who defines what is sexual invitation. Then I believe ur part of the grp saying dupatta podunge.
Totally disappointed. A man should not even approach his own wife without consent. A man should know that he can approach only the girl who loves him or his wife. Simply a man cannot choose a girl based on her outfit.
