Yes...I also thought so Molagu and dried red chilly are very important ingredients for erissery.... You need to add little jaggery too even if you are using red pumpkin
Saw same recipe was explained by some kerala people. They are also using red chilli and green chilli and hing also. Lobia also they are adding. No chilli powder , green chilli. hing then what else you use.
