I have see a lot of satvik movement videos. My opinion is that Subah is a young girl trying to introduce a healthy lifestyle. Her intentions are good but many of her advices do not follow ayurveda standards. She is 100 percent correct in saying we should completely keep away from packaged foods , white sugar , maida etc but satvik movement talks on having salads for dinner too and as per ayurveda raw foods salads shouldn't be eaten for dinner. In daytime also people with vata prakriti and kapha prakriti should avoid salads. Also ghee is very important in daily diet. Our ancestors did parupu sadam wth ghee as ghee coats the stomach and makes it alkaline ..similarly north Indians put ghee on chapatis. Ghee has to be eaten daily, its needed. A2 desi cow ghee should be eaten not any local ghee. And occasionally its its perfectly ok to have a samosa pastry etc ..but not often. Its good to follow satvik movements advice 70 percent i feel. They say to avoid onion garlic as its not satvik but they use bringals which is more tamasic than even onion and garlic. Overall their fundas about healthy living is good but what they say isn't completely correct is my opinion. We have to use our discretion and maintain a balance. Of course only vegetarian food is best for human body. Satvik movement cookbooks are good. I have them
Hi ma … each person in this world has their opinions and it is the one who need to judge to decide whether it is ok or not for us and that is Us ..I have told in previous video I don’t eat salad at night which I won’t feel it filling and that way we must listen to our body and decide accordingly ma… I am not blindly following any diet and what I am doing and sharing in videos is 100 percent my experience on this new vegan journey and I am not forcing anyone to follow this only ….I am following which suits my body and I am following which makes sensible after my separate research/analysis on that topic and then only I follow …about ghee u said ma I agree but the reason Subha said about ghee makes sensible so I follow cruelty free diet .. Regarding onion and garlic too I did separate research and then only I stared to leave it …I will share regarding that in my future videos,… i am not following all things what I learnt , whichever is ok for me only I choose to follow ma … finally what I need to say is LISTEN TO YOUR BODY and follow the diet or lifestyle which suits each one of us 💚💚
Its good ur following what feels right for ur body. Thats the correct way. Take the good points from satvik movement and adapt to our body. Ya thats right. Hope everyone take ur advice and keep away frim packaged foods maida and sugar...thats what spoils our health...even brown sugar is just white sugar coated with molasses..best is dark colour organic jaggery....all the best in yours venture for healthy living. Madhu, please take any alternative calcium food.Have u consulted any dietion or doctor regarding your diet .Because calcium rich is also important for ladies..
Hi Uma , yes I am taking calcium rich foods also like spinach , beans , seeds, chickpeas, lentils, sweet potato ,lady’s finger,orange,, .. Satvic food is rich in necessary vitamins and minerals ma .. thanks for ur kind advice .
Madhu you can do with almond milk too and we make hot chocolate , bullet coffee, substitute for milk who are vegan, lactose allergies,there are so many recipes are there,try ma.keep doing 👍

good question ma..vitamin b12 is from good bacteria....root veggies have vitamin b12 from soil which has vitamin b12 in soil ma like beetroot, carrot,potatoes ...chickpea ,spinach ..fruits have some vit b12 like banana ,apple ..fermented foods like our idly ,dosa and fermented rice and water kept overnight in mudpot have vit b12
