Pind Daan is considered as a way to salvation, performing Post death ceremony in Hindu family is considered a must to do obligation for every Hindu. The custom of Pind Daan dates back to the time when the Vedas were written. Is Vivekananda, trying to enlighten that this is only a preposterous and particularly an empty claim of Hindus. Seems out of context claim in your discourse.
Namaskaram. I do not think Maharishi would have said this. Maharishi knows better than to say that the rites done here does not reach the pitru Loka. The prayers and homam done here reach the Gods. Same way pitrus also get satisfied by the rites done in this loka. Mahaperiyava says, just like the money sent in money order reaches the person in another place(that is the same money is not sent, but similar amount is transferred), the pitrus get credit for such puja or good deeds done for them by their children. How can you put such a video? Seeing this the people who do not know sastra will get misled please take away such fake videos. Otherwise even good teachings of Maharishi will not be listened by people who believe in sastras.
Vazhga valamudan Ayya. Please read Swamiji’s book on Life before birth and after death and also evolution of universe and living beings. It’s not an easy job to interpret rituals with Vethathrium. It requires in depth knowledge in Vethathrium and experience. A message placed in public media will receive different opinions. That’s the meaning of independence.
Vazhga valamudan. Vedhas were written before 3500 years but humanity evolved 7 million years ago. What about this faith until Veda. Not only this. Pithru dosham faith has not bettered virtual way of living. This is the reason for all sorts of problems so far. So at least let us think now and change ourselves to live according to divine justice.
@@ganesanr736Vazhga valamudan. People should improve in their activities according to Dharma or Divine Justice. Rituals made people to believe that evil activities will be forgiven by god. All sorts of crimes are still persisting because of this. To lead a peaceful healthy and trouble free life we should live according to Dharma only. No other way. We have to emphasis this way of living in the minds of people. Rituals will not change anything except giving a temporary santhi.
