Mango semiya Payasam or Vermicelli Payasam is a simple pudding made with semiya . It is the made the traditional way using milk, ghee and nuts. Mango semiya paysam is made with real mango puree that I absolutely delicious!
Ingredients:
1. Ghee - 2 tbsp
2. Cashews, almonds, pist - few
3. Semiya/ Vermicelli - ½ cup
4. Milk - 2 cup
5. Sugar - ¼ to ½ cup
6. Cardamom powder - a pinch
7. Mango - 1
