simple idea, Create whatsapp group and all the delivery people join in it, Communicate properly. During one fine weekend, all the delivery people don't log in. Just ignore. Zomato or swiggy they will automatically listen to you.

Everything is okay...but Zomato not tells that.. using their labour only 4hrs .they are leech to loot from their labours...not giving proper offers also...then most important things tips money paying using UPI ..never go to labour pocket .... people need to give tips by hand ..not using UPI .....we people simply ordering food by room itself ..but they spend their 40-50mins for our food....we saving our one hrs time from the day and cooking too...mehul do think it's part time ...never...in these video itself told 15 hrs working in their dya to day schedule...worst7

Now they making money from these Full time Delivery guys. In foreign countries you can see people work at office and after their work time they Work as Part time Job with the delivery companies, they provide good money + tips for single delivery. for example : from 3 hours delivery work, you can make upto 100 dollars easily. Moral : Too much of anything is good for nothing. here i mentioned, Too much - Delivery Boys (full time)

That too the Zomato wanted compensates money between “hotel packaging charges” and “delivery charges”. Like if the distance is less then they’ll put high hotel packaging charge and less delivery charge If distance is more then they’ll compensate that in high delivery charge That too not sure whether the tips given by customer reaches the employees or zomato is taking it

I worked for Zomato one month in Madurai. They are purely cheating hard working delivery boys. If the hotel take time to provide food to delivery boy, there is some waiting charges for delivery boy, but Zomato system doesn't allocate that small money to them. In my case, I've received those amounts after raising so many complaints in their app for every order. Paavum delivery boys... Pls give them some cold water or tips when u order food. Give tips directly to them, avoid adding it in app..

Even I worked in Zomato when I left previous job and could not find the job because of lockdown. It's very difficult I have worked in Rain , sun and no proper time to eat food also.
