I recently purchased some cast Iron products from Rosh cookwares.unfortunately,the product didn't meet my expectations.The grill pan got broken during cooking, which questions the quality of the cookware they are selling.. Despite the issue,the shop offers no guarantee or warranty on their products, which is quite disappointing. I feel like both my time and money were wasted on this purchase. Based on my experience,i would advise potential buyers to consider other options before investing in cookware or other products from this shop.please be aware of the lack of after sales service and potential quality issues with their products.
