I tried this vendya dosai. What a miracle! That two teaspoons of vendyam gave me so much batter after following the instructions you gave. Only thing is in UK I have to wait two days to ferment. It came out very well. Fantastic recipe with step by step instructions. Spongy dosai indeed. Thank you very much.
Nice recipe madam. I make it with 3 cups idli rice. 1 cup raw rice and quarter cup venthayam. Grind all together in grinder and allow to ferment well. Try making on iron tawa for a super taste. Best wishes.
