Wide roads, inderground drainage, cabling, eleteicity etc loke NEVER BEFORE AND EVER AFTER. Already each acre is costing 100 cr and we are expecting it to ip by 10 tomes in 5 years….SELL EVERYTHING YOU HAVE IN HYD AND COME HERE. You will get HEAVEN ON THE EARTH

@@jama8478 While supporting your statement, I would say West godavari, Krishna, Guntur and Ongole districts shd be merged into Amaravathi and expand the scope of the city. Instead of current 55,000 acres we should pool 9.5 lakh acres more and with this we will have a rich govt and a huge capital. We shd also one more ring road REGIONAL RING ROAD on top of current ORR. We can then plan 9 cities within the RRR. We can have a new INTL AIRPORT , IT CITY, PHarma city, Film city, LEISURE CITY, Financial City, Capital City, VISA city( All foreign embassies here) , EVENT CITY(all function halls here) and Residence city….. We all shall subscribe to shares of AMARAVATHI and with this money the capital will be built. As Amaeavthi will have at least 5 lakhs of acres and income coming from the city can be distributed to the share holders. These shares can be traded on exchanges. No one will loose here and we will have a great capital and the biggest one.
