Today we are going to see how to make Hotel style dosa recipe at home in Telugu along with lots of tips and exact measures for assured taste. Hotel-style Dosa is a bit different from normal dosa batter at home which involves grinding of 4 hours-soaked rice, dal and finally addition of salt and idli ravva and make it to super fine paste to make the perfect dosa batter, for preparing senagapappu kobbari chutney fry Chillies, garlic cloves then grind these with rock salt, chana dal, and coconut pieces to make the chutney. For the preparation of Tomato chutney fry tomatoes, and onions then grind them with rock salt to make the yummy tomato chutney then prepare talimpu and add them to both the chutneys. Finally pour the dosa, fry it with oil, and the tasty, crispy Dosa is ready to be served.
