Today we are going to see how to make for the chicken Dum biryani recipe in Telugu along with lots of tips and exact measures of Vismai food for assured taste. This verity of chicken dum biryani known as paradha chicken biryani or potli biryani is very delicious as dhum happen inside the Paratha or roti. Preparation method of this chicken Dum biryani starts with preparing the Parata followed by marination of chicken and frying it along with fried sliced onions after that we prepare biryani by boiling water with biryani masala’s and rice, once biryani cooked 90%, We take it out then roll the dough into thick Roti and place biryani into the Paratha then add the chicken on top of it and another layer of biryani then seal it and boil this parda biryani on low flame for few minutes in all sides to make the yummy delicious parda chicken dum biryani.
