Very well made video with proper information. Very impressive. Just be very careful with Brazil nuts, they have very high selenium content and is amazing for thyroid issues even, but exceeding limits can cause selenium toxicity.

Small correction anna. Sorry to say. Pasteurized eggs are treated to eliminate food borne illness like salmonella bacteria. These eggs will undergo heat treatment to kill the bacteria in it. Which is usually safe for raw egg consumption also esply These eggs are used in baking, mayonnaise preparation etc. Whereas free range eggs are : the hens are given access to outdoors for feed. The hens are not confined to closed spaces and restricted feeds. These eggs are usually believed to be higher quality eggs in uk esply with lion mark. In this only we will get organic eggs as well which are tend to be a good quality as the name implies " organic"

Hi I mentioned ‘pasture raised’ eggs in the video..many people have misconception that free range are the best. The best eggs are “organic pasture raised” eggs. If the birds are allowed to roam freely in open pastures with a good distance between the bird, then it is called a pasture raised bird. Usually hens with more pasture space can be found in local farms rather than super market.

Do u know what test u have to take to check Insulin Resistance ??Good andi.. i also did lot of research on type2 diabetes ..am maintaining with low carb diet. I do cheat meals now n then.. But it is required to eat healthy thru out life.. Diabetes can't be cured it is only reversible as long as we are on low carb..But sometimes yes initially when u detect and go for low carb for long time it will be cured..

Also free range eggs in uk are said to be "nattu gudu". Because the hens are freely grown with open feeding space. Manam india lo nattu guru ani, deni antam antye free style lo perigye country hens ninchi vochina eggs ni antam. Adye Vidam ikkada nattu gudullu free ranges eggs.

Not true andi, even I was thinking the same. Free range bird is also raised in cage with the ability to go out for natural feeding for some time in the day, but the bird never leaves the cage..also in industrial free range the birds have very less space between them. So in theory no difference between conventional bird and free range bird.
