Sir, with due respect a small correction, enamel cannot be melted by acidic foods. If food particles stuck in between teeth or on the teeth, are not immediately cleaned or not swished with water, bacteria tries to feed on them and excretes acidic excretions, these acidic excretions have low ph and could easily melt enamel and creates cavities, once a small cavity(hole) is created, it would become a bed for bacteria and acidic excretions causing nerve exposure followed by root canal procedures. Ur explanation about dental issues is very nice. Keep going.

అవును vocal anesthesia ఇస్తారు. పన్ను పైన drill చేసేటపుడు నొప్పి ఏం ఉండదు. కానీ roots లోపలికి ఒక sharp సూది పంపి infected roots remove చేసే time లో చుక్కలు కనిపిస్తాయి. కానీ పంటి నొప్పి కంటే ఈ నొప్పి better. after treatment చాలా comfortable గా ఉంటది.
