Sir, I'm writing to report a concerning issue with SRR Fortune Infra's Pati Ghanpur Phase 3,4,5 project, an HMDA venture where I purchased a plot. After releasing mortgage plots following final approval, the site developer is selling Nala buffer zones, free spaces, and social infrastructure areas, which is unauthorized. I request: 1. An online complaint portal for citizens to report such incidents and upload supporting documents. 2. Close monitoring of this situation to prevent similar cases and protect Hyderabad's green spaces. I'm also shocked that the sub-registrar's office registered HMDA greenery areas and buffer zones, violating government policies. I urge: 1. Revision of relevant policies to prevent such incidents. 2. Disciplinary action against the responsible sub-registrar, including termination and legal consequences, for their negligence and complicity. Please address this issue to save future Hyderabad.
