Hello Sir, 10yrs ago I had bought two plots on a single sale deed as 600Sq yards. Later I had sold one of the plots and that has been updated in my current sale deed. My clarification is - If I upload front page, we see both plots. Is that should be fine for LRS application? or will there is any paper work I need to get it from govt? Please suggest me. My friend have a plot of 200sqyards on his mother's name out of which when his father was yet to die there parent mother gifted there 2 sons about 75sqyds to one son,65sqyds to other son & registered the document of both two sons on there name abt 7 years back only .so as per norms they can apply for there shared path as they have electricity bill on there names and they registered the documents on there names before August 2020 but Here now there mother asking me about the 3rd part on which she is living bcoz she didnot registered the 3rd part on third sons name bcoz she was afraid that at that time if there children remove her from there house she will loose the home forever so she only gifted for two sons and registered two parts on her two sons . Remaining 3rd path she didn't registered on 3rd son she just saying verbally that after she dies let the 3rd son take that part .now lrs scheme came .What should she do to come out of this confusion .i.e right now she wanted that 3rd path should be on her name only .after she die she is willing her 3rd son to take that part. A) 1993 GP doc, Builder took GP permission and built house. LRS 1k paid and applied by builder ( 1993 basis) B) 2021 buyer bought and got registered , Question - will the LRS 1k application still apply though it was applied before property transfer & will lrs cost come on 1993 or 2021 doc??

Sir, Our plot case was dismissed in 2017 for both parties and case is closed. We did'nt went review petition. Now court judgement papers and decree papers are with us. Can we apply lrs application for our plot. Or we should submit the judgement copy in sub register office and apply for lrs. As plot is in my father name(passed away in 2011) can we apply on my mother name as his first legalheir.

As per GO you can't get LRS as ther is Pending civil suit in Hor court Or u have to sing a indemnity bond whn ur getting IL issue frm HMDA OR UDA its clearly have to give a declaration that ther no illitation, claims of bank Or the said property is nt attached with any suit. Better to slove a Court case before applying LRS

Dear sir, I have a plot in an unauthorised layout. I have applied for LRS. The layout owner is not interested to apply for LRS. Now my question is, whether my plot will regularise or not. Because the layout is unauthorised and my plot is not having specific boundaries. Please clarify me.
