As it is ga with half the qty I made. It is so good and aromatic. In fact I used it while making my egg omlette too.. Biryani masala chesanu turned out sooper👌👌👌 I'm also too particular and meticulous about everything in my kitchen. Chusthunte nanne meelo chusinatlundi bindu. OCD applies to me too😄 pillau idharu abroad lo vuntam tho loneliness inka overcome cheyaledu. Mee parichayam chala confidence ni improve chesinadi. When I'm working out and lifting weights in the gym too I remember you and get motivated for working hard though I'm already a hard worker. Yes ma in all curries except masala curries I use same karam. I told in many non-veg or masala curries I use plain karam. This is sambar karam with spices. Tastes awesome for all veg curries Amma. Surega I will do seasoning of iron kada I video. Yes ma. I used iron kadai. Thanks for your valuable time that you are spending for my videos. ❤️🙏😊

After using this karam tell me the vegetarian curries taste andi. I shown many recipes. Choodandi. 🙏😊❤️don’t use this karam for non veg.

Hi ma Sailaja. Actually our authentic original recipe of karam our elders used to mix castor oil. Why because they made for 10-20 kgs karam for total year. It lasts colour at the end. And they stored in jadis. For not loose colour they added oil. Now a days we are preparing one or two kgs. That too storing in freezers. So actually need not add oil amma. If you want you can add 50 ml in the last before storing. But I have to tell about oil. That’s why I shown oil. Thanks ❤️🙏😊

Amma just flavour kosam one or two maatrame add cheyyandi. Ledante skip cheppandi spices. Remaining all are good for any curry except non veg.

Need not add andi. Because olden days no fridge. So they add castor oil to not to loose colour. Now we can keep in fridge amma. That’s why I didn’t add. I forgot to tell in the video. Sorry 😊🙏❤️
