spicy chicken ghee roast recipe at home is one of the popular recipes of Chettinad region of Tamilnadu. and there is another way of making chicken ghee roast is Mangalore style. Soon I will post that recipe as well.
Chicken ghee roast is one of the popular recipes of chicken. The chicken roast can prepare so easily at home. the techniques of chicken marination are very important for this recipe. we shared the technique to the right soft and moist chicken.
The chicken ghee roast recipe is simple to make at home and get exactly the restaurant taste.
Chicken marinated with curd and other aromatic spice paste and cooked to dry. The aromas of the chicken masala paste enrich the flavour.
Tossing with lots of ghee enhances the aroma and flavour of the chicken.
the essential step to remember in this chicken ghee roast is to use a lot of good amount of spices to enhance the spice. using ghee in the chicken roast might turn bland.

Teja garu, this recipe is my most favourite recipe in chicken dishes. My wife and me both do keto diet and this recipe has helped us a lot to reduce our cravings and feel satisfied. We both lost 15 kgs each during last one year, without having to cheat. I even modified this recipe a little bit. Made pulav rice with cauliflower rice ( a keto Favorite made by shredding cauliflower to look like rice in the food processor) and did chicken ghee roast. Combined them together and it felt like a biryani. Thank you so much.
