(invest చేసి మరచి పోవచ్చు ) . employees పర్సనల్ లోన్ తీసుకుని small towns లో low priced , DTCP plots కొంటె (దగ్గరలో houses వుండే ventures లలో ) , 10-15 years లో మంచి gain వచ్చును . షేర్ల జోలికి సాధ్యమైనంత వరకు పోకుండా ఉంటే మంచిది. speculation కు అసలే పోవద్దు.
