I have been thinking that I was sleeping while meditating, as soon I came to consciousness, I was thinking that I am not focusing on my breath but I have got the similar symptoms like jerks and shocks and felt like I lost somewhere. I have been practicing this method from the past 3 weeks on my own from 1 to 500. After 2 weeks I went into a trance state between 40 to 50 count for a while, when I came back I have lost the count and doing the count again. now I am clear after watching your video, thanks a tonne for sharing this.

Actually the best time for meditation is between 4 AM to 5 AM .If it is not feasible night 10PM to 11 PM, before sleep as there will be silence everywhere, which I have practiced in both the times.In night time angles also help to progress.
Ma..am Namaste, I started my Dhyana, after 5 days there was jurk at the bottom of my back bone, then It went on for 15 days. Then there was a vibration on my face , It went slowly Through middle of the eye brows and stayed at brahma randra ,now there is no response , It is silent, meanwhile I faced little breathing problem at 3 am . Morning it is alright, Please guide how to go ahead
