preparing country chicken curry _
clean the chicken neatly and add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, and oil to the chicken. mix well for 5 minutes, let it keep for half an hour to 1 hour. Add some water and keep cooker on stove. when 5 whistles come off the stove.
preparing masala _let fry coriander seeds on low flame.Add cinnamon, cloves and cordamom and dry coconut. make it powder.add water make paste.
cut onions, tomatoes and green chilli.
put pan on stove and heat. add oil it becomes heat add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, when it becomes fry add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, curry leaves and, ginger garlic paste.let it fry for some time and add masala.cook for some time when good aroma comes stove off.add to cooked chicken .let it cook for some time.add chopped coriander leaves.our chicken curry is ready for serving.
