Absolutely delicious . Just made this. I also halved the spices at the end and it still had a decent kick without it being overwhelming. Beef was a little tough after pressure cooking so when I cooked it with the onions I cooked it covered on low flame till water evaporated. And really waited till the colour changed the onion kinda broke down to this dryish paste that stuck to the meat well. Process was longer but also softened the meat and the end result was amazing.
