Don't give me corona shit. Everyone is doing whatever they can. Jagan didn't even demand anything from the center. He only demanded a few things near visakhapatnam and that's it. He even rejected the Vijayawada East bypass and Amaravati ORR when the center approached it. He is not a business minded person. There is even news on the adani data center that started in 2018 but didn't do anything because Jagan is asking for shares of his company. Amaravati is getting special funds in the smart city budget. Do you know why Jagan is against the idea. In Guntur Krishna belt every land has proper documents from pre independence. Compared to near visakhapatnam there are a lot of forests and people didn't register their lands. It's not easy to kabja those lands and he can't buy them easily that's the main reason why he wanted in visakhapatnam. CBN already got BPCL and famous colleges and more funds from the center. It's not even a month. He's already got approvals for ORR Vijayawada East bypass which is pending. Did you ever see Jagan doing something like this?

Several cities are currently developing, and if we don't invest in them now, they will become worse over time. We can't take pride in Amaravati while other cities around us are declining. A balanced approach is necessary to ensure the overall development of the state and prevent regional disputes.
