As I heard and seen it is located in low lying area of nearby lake. Stability of structure is doubtful.

Rumour is that its lake encroachment, buyers do your due diligence and beware of the stability of the structure in the long term if the rumours are true. Brand is anyways not known for quality.

50% already sale ayipoyyaya ? Naku doubt eh. 😂 21.48 Acres lo 11 towers ante 2 acres per tower which is almost 8000 people would residing here. Massive damage to the environment and people living inside this community will suffer many inconveniences papam.
