Corn fried rice is a very yummy rice recipe. Instead of corn alone, I have used a few other veggies like green capsicum, red capsicum, spring onions etc., in the recipe to make it colorful and much more tastier. You can also add mushroom and zucchini if you like. This is so good in itself but if you are looking for any sidedish, you can try any Indo-chinese starters like gobi manchurian, babycorn manchurian etc. Do try this recipe and enjoy this one for lunch or dinner. This also makes a great lunchbox recipe.
