Ingredients:
Pusti Powder: 2 cup
Rice Flour: 3/4 cup
Baking soda: a pinch
Salt: as per taste
Oil: little
Water: for making batter
Take a bowl and put pusti, rice flour, baking soda and salt mix it well with water.
Make a consistency like neer dosa.
And the batter is ready.
Put the tawa on gas stove and when the tawa will get hot
Put some oil to whole tawa
And now spread dosa batter on tawa like neer dosa
Close it for a while
And then open it and put some oil to the dosa
Make sure that your gas stove in midum flame
Wait some minutes to make it as crispy
If you want you can fry the dosa 2 side
But one side is enough for dose
Now you can serve the dosa with Chutneypudi or some Chutney
Thats the instant Dosa
