I went to Karnataka recently. Just loved north Karnataka style food at basweswar. Have seen so many videos on how to make jowar roti. But this one is the best. I will try making it myself.
Thank u very much.... We tried the tips just like you said... It came very well.. We made it with high flame... It was fluffy.. But it was not soft.... I can understand Kannada but can read and write

@@WishfulAdugeMane if I buy jowar & grind it in the mill, generally some other flour ground in the mill gets mixed with the jowar flour & taste & texture changes. Many times wheat flour gets mixed in it, which I do not want. That is the reason I wanted to buy good quality flour from somewhere in Bangalore.
Yes maam true👍thank you for the kitchen tips 🙏 but for Jawari rotti, we do not wait and start making the rotti after preparing the dough..so for this recipe there is no need to cover the dough...it depends on the quantity of the dough you make.
