Please don't trust developers in mysore... All site prices are 3 times more than actual price.. All developers want to be rich in only one single assignment. Mysore real estate is bogus.. Please be conscious all promoters are asking one to double rate.. Be wise.. Thanks for all wise buyers

30 * 40 Site you guys are charging 51 lakhs. In bangalore you can find 30 * 40 site between 45 - 60 lakhs. Why to invest so much in mysore.

When guidance value is much below market rate of 2000 how come developer pricing 4250 per sure that too for 1200sft.... Kubera place means price should not be Kubera price..... Is it only for Kuberas keeping black money...

Its muda approved not muda sites... There is a difference between these two sites.. Muda sites sold by govt.. not by developer.. Developer cant buy purchase all sites he can biy 2 to 3 muda sites from muda and sell it to ppl
